• Do you provide the Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option?

We apologize, but at this time, we do not offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option. We accept payments through secure online methods, such as credit/debit cards. 

• Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping. However, we strive to keep our shipping fees reasonable and transparent, so you know exactly what you're paying for when place your order by tracking.

• Is it pure handloom product? Can buy single peice.

Yes, most of them are handloom except a few powerloom products, and yes, to promote handwoven products, we glad to offer single peice too.

• How much time is taken for shipment process?

 The shipment process depends on the distance. However, a good courier takes place within 7-10 days.

• What if my courier got missed?

Your product will be insured and insurance company will be liable for any missing product.

• Are your product available in any other store?

Yes, We are available in all major cities of the country.

• Do you have a physical store?

Yes, We have 2 Stores in Varanasi, UP. & 1 Store in Kolkatta W.B.
