Returns & Exchanges

All our products are handwoven and crafted by expert weavers of Banaras. We ​will ​not ​accept ​any exchange​, r​eturns or cancellations ​on orders ​purchased during​ the​ secret sale​ period.​

Item only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect and following conditions applied for product : 

• You will write to us on crm@sndvaranasi.in for manufacturing defects Immediately on the receipt of goods over mail along with pictures attached.

 

• The product must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached. 

 

• Product must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

 

• We cannot accept products that have make-up stains or garments that smell of perfume and washed.
